Ball Pit Motorsports Rental Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Ball Pit Motorsports rental, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

• I have received written approval from Ball Pit Motorsports to rent the selected vehicle.
• I have successfully completed Ball Pit Motorsports' driver screening process.
• Ball Pit Motorsports reserves the right to refuse rental service at its sole discretion. If approval has not been granted prior to purchase, my reservation may be canceled.

Rental Package

• My rental includes only the items specifically listed in the purchased package.
• Event entry fees, licensing fees, fuel, consumables, travel expenses, lodging, and any other items not expressly included are my responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Driver Responsibility

• I agree to operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• I will follow all track rules, event regulations, and instructions provided by Ball Pit Motorsports personnel.
• I understand that reckless, unsafe, or abusive driving may result in the immediate termination of my rental without refund.

Vehicle Damage

I understand I am financially responsible for damage occurring during my rental.

If damage occurs:

1. Repairable Damage – I agree to pay the full cost of repairs, including parts, labor, towing, transportation, storage, alignment, setup, and any related expenses. All repairs will be performed by the mechanic or repair facility selected exclusively by Ball Pit Motorsports.
2. Total Loss – Vehicle Transfer – If Ball Pit Motorsports determines the vehicle is a total loss or economically impractical to repair, I may purchase the damaged vehicle for $12,000, / $35,000 [Depending on which car], receiving the vehicle and all remaining components.
3. Total Loss – Ball Pit Retains Vehicle – Alternatively, I may pay $8,000 / $ 25,000 [Depending on which car], after which Ball Pit Motorsports retains ownership of the damaged vehicle and all salvage rights.

Ball Pit Motorsports shall have sole discretion in determining whether the vehicle is repairable or a total loss.

Mechanical Issues

I understand race cars are high-performance machines that may experience mechanical failures. Mechanical failures not caused by driver abuse or misuse will be handled by Ball Pit Motorsports and do not constitute grounds for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that motorsports are inherently dangerous and that participation carries the risk of serious injury, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume these risks.

Liability Waiver

I agree to execute all required event waivers and Ball Pit Motorsports liability releases prior to operating any rental vehicle.

Cancellation

Rental fees are subject to the Ball Pit Motorsports cancellation policy. Event cancellations due to weather, track decisions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Ball Pit Motorsports' control may not be eligible for refunds.

Agreement

By completing this purchase, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. I understand that these terms are binding and that additional documents, including liability waivers and event-specific agreements, may be required before taking possession of the rental vehicle.
